Where can I return with PC800 "RAMBUS RIMM" for a SONY VAIO... not dull DDR RAM,...but RAMBUS RIMM?

I am still using the untested 128mb of RAM that came beside my Sony Vaio PCV-RX465DS. I bought this computer back contained by 2001, I would like to catch more RAM. Its expandable to 512mb....I know, I know , its a relic, but hey, I cannot for the life of me find this selective type of RAM. Aside from it being slower from when it be new, to present daylight when its 80gb of disk space is almost used up, I've had no existing grief with it. Yes I am gonna posterior up all the medium etc. and dump a bunch of things, but still Where O where can one obtain this PC-800 RAMBUS RIMM sticks of memory. They must come in pairs. 2x64mb...2x128....or 2x256mb's.

Where can I return with PC800 "RAMBUS RIMM" for a SONY VAIO... not dull DDR RAM,...but RAMBUS RIMM?

My source connect is a page on TigerDirect that has RAMBUS run into.

You'll notice that it's extremely expensive compared to modern DDR RAM. It's because RAMBUS is an abandoned, out-dated standard. To put 2 256MB sticks of RAM in your PC (which appears to be the maximum), it's looking to be in the order of $200, give or steal. Something you have to consider is how much return that's going to capture you for your money, when you could instead put that $200 to a whole up to date machine. Just something to save in mind.
Get where on earth you buy all your other computer related stuff, newegg: http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis...
