Generally, is an AOpen Aeolus Geforce 6 6600 8X AGP 128MB DDR DVI TV-OUT better or a Geforce FX5500 256MB (AGP) DDR...I ask because the 6600 have a higher shader model and some other features, but the 5500 have more memory. Which one is better. Will i lose anything good if i dont achieve the FX 5500?

the 6600 is FAR superior. It will be able to button much much more than the 5500. In this case amount of RAM isnt really a decide factor, the chipset is. A 5500 with 8 see of ram will still choke on tentative games.
The 6600 will wipe the floor with the 5500. The 6600 isn't a powerhouse by any scheme, but its definitely ample to trounce the 6600 in games or 3DMark. People commonly mistake a larger amount of memory for enactment, which is never true. Even a 512MB FX5500 wouldn't be enough to stuff that 128MB 6600. That's just how things work.
