im thinking #1 because im on a tight budget, is #2 really a whole lot better (2 pixel pipes vs 4)

Which graphics card is the best?

i similar to eVGA its a decent brand i use a xfx 6600le pci-e within my pc

look around some times you can get hold of decent cards bad ebay as well
if you are looking to do any games or roomy rendering software like adobe cs or video editing etc., none of them would be biddable at all. For in the region of $30-40 you can get a geforce 6600 which are much better or even a 6800. If you arent doing anything valid intense, like a short time ago surfing the web, or using lower intensity apps you will probably be joyful with doesn`t matter what. I can actually run F.E.A.R. on my integrated graphics (Radeon xpress 200, albeit its not on full settings...) and it runs at a do speed so some integrated solutions might also be good. Personally, i would rescue up to around $100-120 and get any a 7600gt or a X1600XT, but thats just me.

Hope this help!
