I ponder lowest from Nvidia is 6600 that supports Aero...
The Geforce 6200 should support Vista, they are priced between $36 and $50. That doesn't mean it's the best card you can bring back, just that it will support Vista. For what you're looking at, core speeds and clock speeds don't business, oh yeah, on the 6200, don't expect to be able to play games at maximum resolutions or in haste at low settings, I'd define the 6200 acting out on most games as "barely playable"

It also depends on what kind of graphics expansion you hold (AGP or PCIe). You can find the 6600 series in both variant but you'll get more of a punch from the 7600 series (which are available within AGP and PCIe variants). The cheapest is the 6200 but that doesn't mean you should but it.
A Windows Vista Premium Ready PC includes at tiniest:

o 1GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

o 1GB of system memory

o Support for DirectX9 graphics with a WDDM driver, 128MB of graphics memory (minimum) Pixel Shader 2.0 and 32bits per pixel

o 40GB of frozen drive capacity next to 15GB free space

o DVD-ROM Drive

o Audio output capability

o Internet access skill

that is the requirements
