Newegg.com, it is a discount online parts store. Also you can try Frys Electronics. I usually shop at Best Buy but they dont have much of a test and the prices are mediocre. My freinds are really bright in computers and they are programers, so when they build computers they draw from their video carsds from newegg.com, also i recommend any nvidia over ATI.
