Which is a better video card to use?

I enjoy a new Dell beside an Intel 865G Chipset, which has the Intel Extreme Graphics on-board. I also own a ATI 9600 AGP 256mb. Which of these is better all-around? Which is better for gaming?

ATI 9600 AGP 256mb is better, but I'd read aloud Nvidia Geforce 7900 GS is highly recommended for games because the ATI 9600 AGP 256mb is not fundamentally good.
If you hold AGP 8X support, go next to the XFX GeForce 7600GT. But if you don't want to buy a new card, the ATI is better. On-board runs runs on itself and the RAM surrounded by your system while the ATI is a dedicated card that runs on its own.
