dance to you "my computer" on the desktop and right click, then click on properties. Then click "hardware" and the click and overt "devise manager". Go down the list until you see your DVD on the schedule, right click on it and then click "update drivers". This should fix ya up. Good luck. Mikie.
within isn't drivers for this but there is firmware for it of late go to the sony site and seize it just remember if it's working fine don't mess near it or you might be buying another
